  • Bulk Manufacturing & Purchasing: For our own products, we manufacture in bulk or purchase directly, which allows us to save costs. We share 50% of the savings with our customers in the form of lower prices.

3. How do I use the wallet credits?

Your OxBig wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website. They can be applied at checkout or withdrawn to your bank account. You will receive an email notification whenever credits are added to your wallet.


4. Do you accept cryptocurrency for payments?

Yes! We accept cryptocurrency payments, which offer a more secure and cost-effective method of payment. By accepting crypto, we avoid the high transaction fees of traditional payment gateways, and we pass these savings directly to you as discounts.


5. How do I withdraw wallet credits to my bank account?
